Rooms & Family Accommodations

The hotel provides family-friendly apartments with full kitchen facilities, separate sofa beds, and spacious balconies overlooking pools or gardens. Golden Suites in the main building have open-plan bathrooms with dual-head showers and some rooms feature a Juliette balcony. Room layouts are designed for families of four, though some guests note limited storage space for longer stays.

The à la carte Italian restaurant offers a complimentary meal for all-inclusive guests staying 7+ nights, with dishes like prawn starters and steak mains. A poolside food truck serves fresh burgers, hot dogs, and salads during lunch hours, while the sunset bar provides premium branded cocktails made to order.

Entertainment & Kids Club

The VA Experience entertainment team runs a full daily program including aqua zumba, archery, darts, and a Friday foam party. At night, guests watch professional shows performed by the animation team (Aladdin, The Greatest Showman) or visiting acrobats and fire dancers. The kids club operates from 10:30 to 17:30 with supervised activities like pizza making, pony rides, and arts and crafts, ending with a Tino the Penguin mini disco and certificate ceremony.
